Validity
All the online consultation accounts will be valid for 1 year from the date of making the online consultation payment.
Patient Responsibility
It is solely patient/user's own responsibility to select the right subject/section as per his/her problem. If their selection of the subject/section is not according to the description of the problem, it would be his/her liability only.
Response Time
All the replies will be given within 7 working days on first cum first serve basis. In case of any delay due to any reason the fee will not be refunded.
