How to delete your account in the app

Follow these steps in the Untaboo mobile app to permanently delete your account:

1. Open Untaboo.
2. Login using your registered mobile number.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email support@untaboo.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered mobile number. We will verify your identity and process the request.

What happens after deletion

Once your account deletion request is processed, the following applies:

• Personal profile information is deleted.
• Login credentials become inactive.
• Future appointments are cancelled if applicable.
• AI history linked to the account is deleted where applicable.
• Uploaded reports/images associated with the account are deleted where applicable.
• Notifications stop.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained when legally required, including:

• Medical records required under applicable laws
• Payment and invoice records
• Tax records
• Fraud prevention logs
• Security audit logs

These records are retained only for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 days.
