• Is not a pharmacy and does not itself manufacture, stock, dispense, sell, supply, or deliver any product. Where a User elects to procure any product prescribed or recommended during a consultation, such product is dispensed, invoiced, supplied, and delivered solely by an independent, duly licensed third-party service provider. The Company's role is limited to technology-enabled and administrative facilitation
• Does not replace in-person medical examination, emergency medical care, or other offline healthcare services where such care is clinically required

3. No Doctor–Patient Relationship with the Company

The Company does not establish a doctor–patient relationship with Users.

Any doctor–patient or practitioner–client relationship exists strictly between the User and the independent healthcare professional consulted through the Platform. The Company:

• Does not validate, endorse, or guarantee prescriptions or treatment plans
• Does not supervise or direct the conduct of independent practitioners

4. Telemedicine Disclaimer

By using telemedicine services on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:
